Get quick access to your account at any time with our convenient online Home Banking option. Save time and trips to the credit union with safe and secure Home Banking, and use your computer to:

  • Check account balances

  • Transfer funds between accounts

  • View account history

  • Verify cleared checks

Online Bill Pay

You can pay your bills securely with our Online Bill Pay option. Set up a list of payees and the funds will automatically get paid from your account. You can set up recurring payments or one-time payments quickly and easily.

You must have a checking account in order to utilize the Online Bill Pay feature. Due to federal regulations you can not use a share (savings) account for Online Bill Pay.

Online Bill Pay is utilized via the Home Banking.

First Time Log-in Instructions

You will be able to access your account for the first time on the next business day after you have signed up. Follow these easy steps to access your account.

  • Go to our website www.norwinteachersfcu.org

    • Approximately half way down the page you will see the login credentials for Online Banking.

  • Click ENROLL above the login credentials.

  • The next page is the account registration. You will need to fill in all the fields to register.

    • *The first 3 fields are how the system verifies your identity. You name must match exactly how it is in our system. If there is a hyphen or apostrophe in your name and we do not have it in our system you will receive an error. Please contact us to fix this issue. Also, if you have changed your last name but not updated your accounts with us you will need to contact us to make that change.

  • You are now able to choose a username other than your account number, or you can keep it how it is now. It can be all numbers, all letters, or a combination of both.

  • Once you choose your username you can now choose your password. This password is case sensitive. It must be between 7 -32 characters, with 1 number, 1 lowercase letter and 1 uppercase letter.

  • Next, you will need to choose your security questions. You will only be asked one of these questions the first time you log in on a new device or computer. The answers are case sensitive.

  • Finally, you will choose your security image from the provided options.

  • Click submit to finish the registration process and enter your online banking account.

A new feature of our online banking is the ability to see and do transactions with accounts that you are a joint owner on. Instead of logging into each account separately, if you are a joint owner on an account you will now see it when you log into your own account.

If you have a draft/checking you will also have access to our FREE BillPay-E Plus feature as well.

Once you have established your new password and security questions you will also be able to use our FREE Mobile App. Just search for Norwin Teachers FCU Mobile. It is available in both android and iOS formats.  Follow the instructions as prompted in the app and you will now have your account info at your fingertips!
